Salvador Huetos
Senior Executive
Salvador is a Senior Executive at Doctors Only and has over 14 years’ banking experience. Prior to joining Doctors Only, he worked in the St George Private Bank division for over 10 years’ where he held the position of Private Executive, assisting High-Net-Worth clients. Salvador provided assistance in financial services including deposits, investments and credit solutions in line with their circumstances.
Jesse Amankwatia
Executive Manager
Jesse Amankwatia is an Executive Manager at Doctors Only and has over 11 years’ banking experience. Before joining Doctors Only, he worked as a Business Development Manager at NAB Broker looking after a large portfolio of mortgage brokering firms including Lending Association, Loan Market, Aussie Home Loans and many others. Prior to this, he was a Relationship Associate and Lending Associate.
Joanne Hu
General Manager – Distribution
Joanne Hu is the General Manager of Distribution for the LA Group lending teams and is backed by over 16 years’ experience in retail banking, distribution, and residential and commercial broking. Joanne is responsible for leading the LA Group sales teams, with a focus on development, mentorship and professional excellence. Clients are always her number one priority and she is committed to finding solutions to help them achieve their goals.
Bill Constantinidis
Founder and CEO
Bill is the founding director of the LA Group. With over 20 years of experience in finance, Bill excels in developing strategic client and lender relationships, leading large-scale lending teams and providing remarkably tailored solutions to mortgage products, acquisitions and equity investments. In 2022, Bill was inducted into the FAST Group Hall of Fame in recognition of his contribution to the broker industry and his passion to help others across the country succeed.
